Q: How much do I get paid?

Payment depends on the project length and type. We’ll always tell you the incentive before you agree to take part. As a guide, a 2-hour focus group often pays around $100.

Q: When are projects held?

Sessions are usually scheduled at convenient times, including after work, during lunch breaks or online. If selected, we’ll send you the time, location or link before the session.

Q: What kind of projects could I do?

You may take part in a focus group, interview, workshop, survey, mystery shop or online activity.

Q: How much time is involved?

Most projects take 1–2 hours. Some include a short pre-task or follow-up activity, which we’ll explain before you agree to participate.
